Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lukamachain. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is returned with all tags and labels intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the packing slip included in your order, which contains a QR code.
  2. Scan the QR code using your smartphone to register your return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you can create a return label yourself at a courier service of your choice (e.g., DPD, DHL, local postal services).
  4. Stick the return label on the package and drop it off at the nearest postal service location.

If you do not find a QR code in the parcel, please visit www.tosendr.com and follow these steps:

  1. Enter the 7-digit order number obtained through our shipping company, ShopWeDo (not the 4-digit order number).
  2. Enter your postcode.
  3. Indicate the reason for return.
  4. We will review your return request within 1-5 working days.
  5. Upon approval, you will receive an address to return the item. Create your own return label with a courier service of your choice.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition. If the product meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued. Please note that a processing fee of 2.50 euros per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return processing costs.

Exchanges

Items can only be returned & refunded, we don't do exchanges. You can get an exchange by rebuying the right item when you receive your refund.

Alternative Selling Option

Consider selling your item on platforms like Vinted, where our products often sell well at competitive prices. This option may provide a quicker and potentially more lucrative outcome than returning the item.

Warranty

All Lukamachain products are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years.
